New surgical treatments for BPE

There are new, less invasive surgical options for BPE. They aim to make urination easier, keep sexual function, and help you recover faster than traditional surgery.

Important note

New surgeries for an enlarged prostate have been developed, but they need more research to prove their benefits before being fully approved.

Because fewer doctors are trained in these procedures, they may not be available at your local hospital. They are usually offered only in specialised centers or as part of clinical studies.
